Living Well with Diabetes course commencing TUESDAY 16TH MAY 2017, 9.30AM

Back in March we told you about a new course set up by Richmond wellbeing service for people with diabetes. The course start date has been postponed till Tuesday 16th May 9.30am.

Richmond wellbeing service says 'We have launched an exciting new 10 week programme titled ‘Living Well with Diabetes’. There are over 15 million people living with a long term health condition such as diabetes and we know that these people commonly experience stress, worry, panic and low mood which considerably affects the quality of their life. We are offering a tailored treatment programme designed specifically to help with stress, panic, worry and low mood linked to diabetes as well as the tools to be able to better manage this condition.
